This Easter season was special. My parents own www.willowcreekfloral.com and www.willowcreekcrossings.com in Ridgway, CO. My mother and I tend to get lost in shop talk when we are in the flower shop. I found an Easter bonnet sitting on a chair and quickly grabbed little Mali. She looks like the mad hatter. May all of you take the time to remember your family and loved ones, may you keep them in your heart always. Time is so short and valuable.

Love is in the air. Today I spent some time in the studio with two of my loves. Meet Mali and Panda, two amazing Boston Terriers that I call my girls. I have been wanting to play around with the studio lights and the dogs, and today we played dress up. Happy Valentines Day to all of you. Last Month I had the opportunity to attend a workshop with 50 of the top photographers in Colorado. We all gathered at Russell Gulch Ghost Town outside of Idaho Springs. I met the group after driving the Oh My God road up the mountain , but I did finally make it to the location. This was my first Mile High Photographers event (a group of photographers for photographers) I was trilled to have the opportunity to attend. There were four models and they did a fantastic job, I don’t know how they did it, what stamina. Bottom line, I had a blast getting to shoot, but more importantly I enjoyed learning from the incredible instructors. Photographers are artists that capture real events, emotions and life as it happens at any give time. Wow! What a gift. I thought I would share a few of my many, many images. Please enjoy.
